I started this business to continue pursuing my passion for advancing and developing talent acquisition (TA). I do this work by partnering with organizations to streamline recruiting programs and processes, educating hiring leaders and TA teams, and supporting candidates with their job search.

My experience spans multiple industries, including construction, financial services, higher education, hospitality, and manufacturing. This includes publicly -owned and privately-held businesses, Fortune 500, global and national companies.

With over 25 years experience in human resources and talent acquisition, I collaborate with leaders and teams to design high-impact recruiting programs, align talent strategies with business goals, and support job seekers with their career aspirations. I advise executives on workforce planning, talent pipelines, and employer brand positioning, and help job seekers with their search.

To augment my corporate talent acquisition leadership roles, I’ve invested in the profession through leadership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Twin Cities SHRM, Minnesota SHRM, and the Recruiters Network, expanding my reach to a global network of talent leaders. 

Tiffany Toussaint

Born and raised in Minneapolis, MN with roots in Central Louisiana, I am equal parts tater tot hotdish and seafood gumbo. In addition to my love of Talent Acquisition, I enjoy craft breweries, live music, Prince, 90's R&B, and Classic Rock.
